Cornerstone Community Church is led by a team of elders who serve under the chief Shepherd Jesus Christ (1 Peter 5:4). The elders collaborate with deacons, ministry leaders, support staff, and volunteers to fulfill our vision and mission. This leadership pattern follows the instruction in the New Testament for elders (Acts 20:17-32, 1 Timothy 3:1-7, Titus 1:5-9, 1 Peter 5:1-4) and deacons (1 Timothy 3:8-12) and other believers serving with their gifts (Romans 12:4-8, 1 Corinthians 12:4-11) to build up and mature the body of Christ (Ephesians 4:11-16).
