All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age. (Matthew 28:18-20)
We invest in the lives of others locally and globally so that we may share Christ with them and lead them to saving faith in him. There are two ways to be involved in Missions at Cornerstone.
- International Missions. We currently partner prayerfully and financially with three missionaries and their families who are serving Jesus, serving in Peru, Indonesia, and Internationals living in the Austin Metro.
- Local Missions. We serve our community in various ways during the year to foster relationships in order to help share Jesus with others. We have hosted parent’s night out, kid’s camp, provided breakfast for a local electrician’s apprenticeship class, gave coffee to local elementary school staff, gave away sno-cones to neighborhood families.
